Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best experience at Omkun Chat. Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully before subscribing.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test our platform without any financial commitment. No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. However, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. No Refunds on Platform Fees

Because we offer a fully functional 14-day free trial, all payments made for the flat platform fee (e.g., ₹2000/month) are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions midway through a billing cycle.

4. API & AI Usage Credits

Any prepaid wallet balances for Meta WhatsApp API charges or AI processing fees are non-refundable. These are direct costs incurred from Meta and Google based on your usage.
