1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Omkun Chat (operated by Omkun Chat Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Omkun Chat integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. You agree to strictly follow WhatsApp's Commerce and Business Policies. You must not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if Meta flags your number for policy violations.

3. Pricing and Billing

Omkun Chat charges a flat platform fee (e.g., ₹2000/month) for software access. Additional "Pay-As-You-Go" charges apply for AI processing and official Meta API conversation fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

Omkun Chat provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from WhatsApp API downtimes, account bans by Meta, or AI misinterpretations.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or WhatsApp's usage policies.
